Legal basis of the Procedure                   
  • Customs Law No. 54/2014/QH13 dated June 23, 2014.
  • Decree No. 08/2015/ND-CP of the Government dated January 21, 2015 providing specific provisions and guidance on enforcement of the Customs Law regarding customs procedures, examination, supervision and control procedures.;
  • Circular No. 42/2015/TT-BTC dated March 27, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance stipulating the customs procedure applied to outgoing, incoming and transit means of transport
Processing time
  • The examination of dossier shall be completed within 02 working hours from the receipt of sufficient information or documents of customs dossier

Customs dossier of transit aircraft
1
When completing customs formalities for in-transit aircraft, the customs declarant shall submit the customs dossier as stipulated above; when completing exit customs formalities, if there is any change to the entry customs dossier, the customs declarant shall submit the customs dossier including such changed documents.
 
Process Steps
Step 1
The customs declarant shall create electronic information about the customs dossier and send to the System or prepare a paper-based dossier.
Step 2
The customs authority shall receive, examine the information to settle entry/exit procedures for the aircraft.
