This Circular amends some articles of Circular No.32/2014/TT-BCT of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, including Article 7 (Conditions for application of avoidable cost schedule satisfied by the Seller), and Clause 2 Article 3 Appendix IV - Model Power purchase agreement (PPA) regarding connection of power plants with various capacity.
This Circular becomes effective since July 29, 2016.
