The Circular is to provide a list of veterinary drugs permitted to be circulated in Vietnam (Appendix I); a list of veterinary drugs banned from use in Vietnam (Appendix II); and a list of HS codes of imported veterinary drugs permitted to be circulated in Vietnam (Appendix IB and Part B of Appendix IC)

List of veterinary drugs are banned from usage: Appendix II

 

This Circular becomes effective since July 16, 2016 and replaces the following documents:

 

a) Circular No.28/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated May 31, 2013;

b) Circular No. 25/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 22, 2012;

c) Circular No. 03/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated January 16, 2012;

d) Circular No. 20/2010/TT-BNNPTNT dated April 2, 2010;

e) Circular No.29/2009/TT-BNN dated June 4, 2009;

f) Circular No. 15/2009/TT-BNN dated March 17, 2009.
