This Circular was issued by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, enclosing with the additional list of permissible plant varieties in Vietnam which includes 32 rice varieties, 14 maize varieties, 01 sorghum variety, 03 mushroom varieties, 01 tobacco variety, 02 sugarcane varieties, 01 variety of passion flower and 01 coffea canephora.
This Circular becomes effective since September 10, 2016.
