This Circular provides for the continued application of the fees stipulated in Circulars No. 21/2013/TT-BTC and 22/2013/TT-BTC regarding import, export and storage of vegetable seed and plant pesticide of national reserve under the management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development till December 31, 2016.
This Circular becomes effective since April 15, 2016.
