This Circular announces that the annual import tariff–rate quota of 0% shall be granted to two items imported from the People's Democratic Republic of Laos, as follows:
1. Rice (HS 1006) - 70.000 tons
2. Tobacco (HS 2401) - 3.000 tons
If the goods imported under such tariff-rate quotas have the Certificate of Origin (C/O form S) granted by competent authorities of the People's Democratic Republic of Laos, they shall be eligible for the tax rate of 0%.
This Circular becomes effective since January 1, 2016.
