Article 1. To temporarily cease the application of regulations on automatic import licensing to a number of goods items

1. To temporarily cease the application of regulations on automatic import licensing to a number of goods items specified in the Circular No.24/2010/TT-BCT, of May 28, 2010, of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

2. Traders importing goods items specified in clause 1, Article 1 mentioned above shall do customs procedures according to current provisions not require registration for an automatic import license of the Ministry of Industry and Trade
