Article 1. To annul the Circular promulgating the application of automatic import licenses to some steel products 1. To annul the Circular No. 23/2012/TT-BCT dated August 07, 2012 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the application of automatic import licenses to some steel products. 2. Businessmen import some steel products in accordance with regulations prescribed at Clause 1 of this Article to make the custom procedures with current regulations. Article 2. Implementation effect This Circular takes effect on the signing date.
