Article 1. Scope of adjustment

This circular stipulates a list of products and goods with liability of causing unsafeness under the  management responsibilities of the Ministry of Information and Communications (hereafter called as List of products and goods in group 2).

Article 2. Subject of application

This circular is applied to national organizations and individuals and foreign organizations and individuals attending the production and business of products and goods in List of products and goods in group 2 in Vietnam and organizations and individuals attending activities related to products and goods quality in group 2 in Vietnam.
