Circular No. 27/2014/TT-BTC promulgates the national technical regulation for the solar salt of national reserves.
Enclosed with the Circular is QCVN 17: 2014/BTC - National Technical Regulation on National Reserve of Solar Salt, which governs specifications, preservation process, and administrative requirements for solar salt of national reserves.
The regulation applies to organizations and individuals involving in the management of solar salt of national reserves.
This Circular comes into effect from April 8, 2014.
