Process Steps
|
Step 1
Submit the customs dossier
|
Submit and present the sale notes/delivery bills made by the enterprise according to provisions of accounting legislation with details for dispatched goods of each declaration of received goods.

Step 2
Update information on the System of the customs authority
|
The bonded warehouse owner/proprietor shall update information on arrival of goods on the on the System of the customs authority and send the information to the customs authority in charge of the bonded warehouse.

Step 3
Declare details relating to transportation
|
Make an independent declaration of transportation for goods in transportation subject to customs supervision under provisions of clause 1, Article 51 Circular No. 38/2015/TT-BTC.

Step 4
Receive, examine and certify
|
The customs authority shall receive, register, examine the customs dossier and make certification of goods passing through the customs controlled area on the System.
