Enclosed to this Circular is two detailed appendices.

Appendix 1 is labeled as the additional list of fertilizers eligible for production, trading, and use in Vietnam, including 202 categories of fertilizers, including organic fertilizer, microorganism fertilizer, microorganism organic fertilizer, biological organic fertilizer, mineral organic fertilizer, and foliar fertilizer.

Appendix 2 enumerates 64 types of fertilizers substituting those available in the list of fertilizers allowed to manufacture, trade, and use in Vietnam, including organic fertilizer, microorganism organic fertilizer, biological organic fertilizer, mineral organic fertilizer, foliar fertilizer, and substance for augmenting fertilizer efficiency.

The types of fertilizer at the list of fertilizers enclosed to Decision No. 84/2007/QD-BNN dated October 4, 2007 on “Additional List of Fertilizers Permitted for Production, Trading, and Use in Vietnam” becomes nullified from October 4, 2012.

This Circular takes effect from October 27, 2012.
