Circular No. 17/2012/TT-BNNPTNT introduces the supplementary list of plant varieties that are eligible for production and trading in Vietnam.
Enclosed to this Circular is an appendix named “Additional List of Plant Varieties Allowed for Production and Trading in Vietnam”, including two varieties of coffee - tea (TN1, TN2), one variety of cassava (NA1), five varieties of maize (P3110 WE, 30T60, SSC 2095, MX6, NK 7328), and one variety of rice.
The Circular takes effect after 45 days from the date of signing.
