Legal Document
Promulgated together with this Circular is the Additional List of Plant Varieties Allowed for Production and Trading in Vietnam, including three varieties of hybrid rice (CT 16, Nam Ưu 603 and Nam Ưu 604), three varieties of plain rice (TBR 36, RVT and NA2), and one variety of stevia (SV1) and one variety of glutinous maize.
The Circular becomes effective after 45 days since its signing date.
