The Circular is enclosed with two appendices.

Appendix 1, named as “Additional list of fertilizers permitted for production trading, and use in Vietnam”, consists of 368 types of fertilizers, divided into organic fertilizer, bio-fertilizer, micro-organic fertilizer, bio-organic fertilizer, mineral organic fertilizer, foliar fertilizer, and fertilizer containing substance to enhance efficiency of fertilizer.

Appendix 2 is the list of fertilizers replaced for those in the aforesaid list, which comprises 62 types of fertilizers, classified into bio-fertilizer, micro-organic fertilizer, bio-organic fertilizer, mineral organic fertilizer, and foliar fertilizer.

To make types of fertilizers be produced, sold and used in Vietnam, entities must satisfy conditions referred to in Article 5 of the Government’s Decree No. 113/2003/ND-CP dated October 7, 2003, and in Clause 4 Article 1 of the Government’s Decree No. 191/2007/ND-CP dated December 31, 2007.

This Circular shall come into force after 45 days from the date on which it is signed.
