Circular No. 82/2011/TT-BNNPTNT introduces an additional list of plant varieties allowed to be produced and sold in Vietnam.
Together with this Circular is an appendix, that is the additional list of plant varieties permitted to develop in Vietnam, including five varieties of hybrid rice (Thanh ưu 3, LC25, VT 404, VT 505, and C ưu), one variety of hybrid maize (LVN 146), and one variety of potato (Aladin).
The Circular comes into effect after 45 days ever since its signing date.
