Together with this Circular is an appendix of additional plant varieties permitted to develop in Vietnam, including four varieties of Robusta coffee (TR9, TR11, TR12, and TR13), one variety of hybrid maize (TF222), and two varieties of hybrid glutinous maize (Tím dẻo 926 and Victory 924).

The Circular comes into effect after 45 days since the date of signing.
