1. Supplementing regulation on submission of valid copy of documents, certificates, diplomas, health qualification certificates in the dossier of issuance of License of chemical Production and Trading under the chemical list restricted from production and trading in industry as prescribed in Article 17, 18 and 19 in one of the following forms:

a) Certified copy: in case of filing by mail

b) A copy

2. Annulling the following documents as part of the dossier for issuance of qualification certificate of chemical production and trading under the list of conditioned production and trading chemicals in the industry as regulated at point b, point c, clause 3 of Article 9 and point b, c, clause 3 of Article 10, clause 5 and 6 of Article 11:

a) Valid copy of university degrees in chemical or specialized university degrees in engineering economics of Director or Deputy Director in charge of engineering;

b) Certificate of participation in chemical professional training of technical officials, employees and laborers of the facility of chemicals production and trading, health qualification certificate of the health agency at district level upwards
