Circular No. 29/2011/TT-BNNPTNT promulgates the additional list of fertilizers that are allowed for production, trading, and use in the territory of Vietnam.

The Circular is enclosed with two appendices.

Appendix 1, named as “Additional list of fertilizers permitted for production trading, and use in Vietnam”, consists of 556 types of fertilizers, divided into single fertilizer, single mineral fertilizer, organic fertilizer, micro-organism fertilizer, micro-organism organic fertilizer, bio-organic fertilizer, mineral organic fertilizer, foliar fertilizer, fertilizer containing substance to enhance efficiency of fertilizer, soil improvement substance, and raw materials for fertilizer production.

Appendix 2 is the list of fertilizers replaced for those in the aforesaid list, which comprises 130 types of fertilizers, classified into organic fertilizer, micro-organic fertilizer, micro-organism organic fertilizer, bio-organic fertilizer, mineral organic fertilizer, and foliar fertilizer.

This Circular comes into force after 45 days from the date on which it is signed and rescinds Decision No. 77/2005/QD-BNN ngày November 23, 2005 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
