Circular No. 55/2010/TT-BNNPTNT enacts the additional list of plant varieties allowed for production and trading in the territory of Vietnam.
Enclosed to the Circular is an appendix “Additional List of Plant Varieties Allowed for Production and Trading in Vietnam”, including one variety of hybrid rice, one variety of glutinous rice, one variety of hybrid maize, one variety of soybean, and one variety of groundnut.
This Circular becomes effective after 45 days since it is signed.
