Issued together with this Circular are four appendices as follows:

• Appendix 1: Additional list of plant varieties permitted for production and trading in Vietnam, including one variety of hybrid rice and one variety of soybean;
• Appendix 2: Additional list of fertilizers permitted for production, trading and use in Vietnam, including 460 types of fertilizer;
• Appendix 3: List of fertilizers substituting those available in the list of fertilizers allowed for production, trading, and use in Vietnam, but with the change in the name and ingredient of fertilizers, content of registered substances and units, including 93 types of fertilizer; and
• Appendix 4: List of fertilizers removed from the list of fertilizers permitted for production, trading, and use in Vietnam, including 2 types of mineral fertilizer.

This Circular takes effect after 45 days from the date of signing.
