Specifically, regarding Decision No. 71/2007/QD-BNN on procedures to test veterinary medicine, Point b Clause 1 Article 6 is amended while Points c and f Clause 1 of the same article is deleted.

The amendment is also devoted to Clause 2 Article 1 of Decision No. 98/2007/QD-BNN on the regulations of inspecting and certifying quality and safety hygiene of marine products.

For Decision No. 118/2008/QD-BNN, amendment is made for Clauses 1 and 2 Article 11 and Clause 1 Article 15.

Additionally, the procedure of “testing quality and safety hygiene of export marine products” is a combination of the procedure at Circular No. 06/2010/TT-BNN and that at Decision No. 118/2008/QD-BNN.

Attached with Circular No. 47/2010/TT-BNNPTNT are four appendices as follows:

• Appendix 1: Packing list
• Appendix 2: Application for registration of quality testing
• Appendix 3: Certificate of quality testing
• Appendix 4: Notice of failure

This Circular enters into force after 45 days ever since the signing date.
