Vehicles designed for transporting cash are classified in heading 87.05 if it meets the following conditions:
1. Have a written confirmation of the State Bank of Vietnam on Form attached to this Circular assurance standards designed cash transport vehicles by State Bank of Vietnam regulations (Certificate stating the amount pages, the pages are sealed and prepared in 4 copies: 02 copies delivered importers (01 importers to submit to the customs authorities when import procedures, 01 to importers note), State Bank of Vietnam up 02 copies).
2. Who uses vehicles designed for transporting money is State Bank of Vietnam and the subordinate units; The Credit Institutions; State Treasury; Vietnam Development Bank
