Enclosed to the Circular is an appendix “Additional List of Plant Varieties Allowed for Production and Trading in Vietnam”, including one variety of hybrid rice (HYT 100), one variety of hybrid maize (MB 69), one variety of tomato (DT 28), and one variety of plain rice (IR 38).
This Circular becomes effective after 45 days since it is signed.
