Circular 19/2012/TT-BYT Guiding the regulation conformity announcement and announcement on comformity with regulation on food safety
Circular  52/2015/TT-BYT Regulations on state inspection of imported food safety, and applications and procedures for grant of certificate of export to exported foods under the administration of the Ministry of Health
 
Processing time No later than 05 working days after receiving full set of documents
Fee 0.1% total value of goods but not below 500,000 VND or above 10,000,000 VND

A certified true copy of the declaration of conformity or declaration of compliance to food safety regulations, or a copy of such declaration that is sealed by the trader enclosed with the original. 01 copy

A decision on grant of reduced inspection (if any) issued by the Department of Food Safety –Ministry of Health. 01 copy

The Power of Attorney of the trader granted to entities that are authorized to import or export food (if any). 01 copy (if any)

A copy of the packing list 01 copy

Certified true copies of the bills of lading and invoices signed and sealed by the trader. 01 copy, present the origin
 
Process Steps
Step 1
 
Submit application for inspection at the inspecting authority or via the portal of National Single Window
Step 2
The inspecting authority shall examine the application
Step 3
Execute the actual shipment inspection
Step 4 The inspecting authority shall issue of notice of whether such shipment satisfies the import requirements
