Going along with this Circular is Appendix 1, named as “Additional List of Fertilizers Permitted for Production, Trading, and Use in Vietnam”, including 228 types of fertilizer, clasified into mono mineral fertilizer, multi-element fertilizer; bio-organic fertilizer; mineral organic fertilizer; microbiological fertilizers; microbiological organic fertilizer; foliar fertilizers; and soil improvers.

This Circular takes effect 45 days after the day of its signing and removes from List of Fertilizers Permitted for Production, Trading, and Use in Vietnam (1,064 types of fertilizers as Appendix 2 enclosed) from the effective day of this Circular, including:

1. List of fertilizers promulgated together with Decision No. 40/2004/QD-BNNPTNT dated August 19, 2009;

2. Mineral organic fertilizers (No. 89, 90); bio-organic fertilizer (No. 6) in the additional list of fertilizers promulgated together with Decision No. 77/2005/QD-BNNPTNT dated November 23, 2005;

3. Mineral organic fertilizers (No. 18, 19) in the additional list of fertilizers promulgated together with Decision No. 10/2007/QD-BNNPTNT dated February 6, 2007;

4. Bio-organic fertilizers (No. 1, 2) in the additional list of fertilizers promulgated together with Decision No. 84/2007/QD-BNNPTNT dated October 4, 2007;

5. Bio-organic fertilizers (No. 1, 2) in the additional list of fertilizers promulgated together with Decision No. 79/2008/QD-BNNPTNT dated July 8, 2008;

6. Bio-organic fertilizer (No. 19) in the additional list of fertilizers promulgated together with Circular No. 17/2009/TT-BNNPTNT dated March 27, 2009;

7. Mineral organic fertilizer (No. 5); microbiological organic fertilizer (No. 1) in the additional list of fertilizers promulgated together with Circular No. 62/2009/TT-BNNPTNT dated September 25, 2009.
