Issued together with this Circular are two appendices as follows:

• Appendix 1: Additional list of fertilizers permitted for production, trading and use in Vietnam, including 163 types of fertilizer, namely multi-element fertilizer, bio-organic fertilizer, mineral organic fertilizer, micro-organism fertilizer, micro-organism organic fertilizer, folia fertilizer, and so on.
• Appendix 2: List of fertilizers removed from the list of fertilizers permitted for production, trading, and use in Vietnam, including 53 types of fertilizer, namely bio-organic fertilizer, mineral organic fertilizer, folia fertilizer, micro-organism fertilizer, and so on.

This Circular comes into force after 45 days from the date of signing.
