To amend and supplement Clause 2. Section III regarding import and circulation registration procedures as follow:

"2. Used cars may be imported into Vietnam only through the international border seaports of Cai Lan - Quang Ninh province. Hai Phong. Da Nang. Ho Chi Minh City, and Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. Customs procedures shall be carried out at border gates of importation."
