According to this Circular, all the goods belonging to list of items in need of stamp for import must be labeled of imported goods.

The list of these goods is stipulated at Joint Circulars No. 77/1997/TTLT/BTC-BTM-BNV-TCHQ dated November 1, 1997, No. 30/1998/TTLT/BTC-BTM-BNV-TCHQ dated March 16, 1998, No. 121/1998/TTLT/BTC-BTM-BCA-TCHQ dated September 1, 1998, No. 46/1999/TTLT/BTC-BTM-BCA-TCHQ dated May 5, 1999 of the Inter-Ministries of Finance, Trade, and Public Security and General Department of Vietnam Customs, which is attached to this Circular.

The goods subject to labeling are not exempt from real inspection of goods while conducting customs procedures for import, and only complete customs clearance formalities after their owners label the batch.

This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication on the Official Gazette.

List of 

Goods must be affixed imported stamp
 

1. Wine (include bottle).

2. Bicycle.

3. Electric fan all types.

4. TV(old and new).

5. Video head (old and new).

6. Fridge for household (old and new).

7. Air-conditioner (Old and new).

8. Combustion engines (Old and new).

9. Sanitary ware: pan.

10. Sanitary wares: wash basins.

11. Tiles of packaging materials including wall tiles and floor tiles.

12. Electric water pump all types.

13. Gas stove all types.

14. Rice cooker all types.

15. Bicycle frames.

16. thermos all types.

17. Combustion engines along with the machine to become the complete machine.
