To enhance the effectiveness of policy implementation and legislation on minerals, the Prime Minister instructs:
1. Continue the thorough study of the Resolution of the Party, State and legal documents on minerals to people and organizations involved.
2. Strictly implement the guidelines and orientations in the survey, exploration, exploitation, processing and export of minerals under the Mineral Strategy till 2020 and vision to 2030 has been approved by the Prime Minister .
