Process Steps
Step 1
|
The EPE shall send a written notification of the location, area, infrastructure, mechanism for warehouse inventory management, and lease duration to its supervisory Customs Division;
|
Step 2
|
At the request of the EPE, the supervisory Customs Division of the EPE shall inspect the condition of the warehouse, compare with the conditions prescribed in Point a of this Clause in order to consider permitting the EPE to lease an external warehouse.
