This Decision promulgating with it the Pilot Scheme for Temporary Import of Goods under the temporary import for re-export regime through Po To border crossing in Ma Lu Thang Border-Gate Economic Zone.

According to this Decision, eligible goods for this scheme include alloys of all kinds, metal ores, and metal compounds with high content of metal.  

The procedures for temporary import for re-export will be conducted according to provisions of Decree No.187/2013/ND-CP guiding the implementation of the Commercial Law and Circular No.05/2014/TT-BTC dated January 27, 2014 providing for temporary import for re-export, temporary export for re-import, border-gate transfer of goods.

 

This Decision becomes effective since June 28,2016 through December 31, 2016.
