Procedures import finished drugs with registration numbers for circulation in Vietnam (except for drugs containing the active substance, psychotropics and pre-substances used as drugs) comply with the provisions of Circular  47/2010/TT-BYT guidelines exports, importing drugs and packaging in direct contact with drugs.

According to the Decision, demonstration time for this mechanism is fixed from June 15, 2016 to December 31, 2016. Since January 1, 2017, all the enterprises that import finished medicines with circulating registration numbers in Vietnam shall follow the mechanism of national single window.

This Decision comes into force as of its signing date.
