According to the Decision, demonstration time for this mechanism is fixed from June 15, 2016 to December 31, 2016. The list of organizations and individuals under this pilot project shall be announced by the MOH’s Drug Administration of Vietnam.

Concurrently, since January 1, 2017, all organizations and individuals shall publicize their imported beauty products and receive their announcement results following the mechanism of national single window.

This Decision comes into force as of its signing date.
