Enclosed to the Decision are the administrative procedures that are newly issued and those either amended/supplemented or annulled as stipulated at Circular No. 03/2016/TT-BCT of the MOIT dated May 10, 2016 detailing several articles of the Government’s Decree No. 19/2016/ND-CP dated March 22, 2016 on gas trading.

This Decision enters into force as of its signing date.
