Decision No. 805/QD-BYT deals with the announcement of administrative procedures that were specified at Circular No. 52/2015/TT-BYT dated December 21, 2015 regulating the State inspection on food safety for imported food and dossiers needed for exported food under the Ministry’s management to be granted with certificate.

Enclosed here are five administrative procedures promulgated at the aforesaid Circular No. 52/2015/TT-BYT and also found at Appendix 1 of the Decision.

Additionally, the Decision is to abrogate two administrative procedures accompanied by Decision No. 4694/QD-BYT dated November 4, 2015 of the Health Minister and also found at Appendix 2 of this Decision.

The Decision becomes effective as of it is signed.
