As stipulated at the Decision, the Quang Tri Preventive Health Center takes charge of State inspection on food safety for the imported food subject to the MOIT’s management responsibility.

Accompanied by the Decision are two appendices as follows:

• Appendix 1: Scope and category of products under the State inspection on food safety for the imported food under the MOIT’s management responsibility.
• Appendix 2: Reports of the State inspection on food safety for the imported food under the MOIT’s management responsibility.

This Decision shall take effect three years ever since it is signed.
