Decision No. 13/QD-BNN-TCTS proclaims HS code for the list of sea products subject to specialized management in the territory of Vietnam.

The list is made on the basis of the list of Vietnam’s imports and exports, tariff of exports, and tariff of imports.

Attached to this Decision are seven appendices detailed as follows:

- The list of food, raw materials for manufacturing aquaculture feed (Annex 1).

- List of processing product that use for improving the aquaculture environment imports conditional(Annex 2).

- Probiotics category, chemicals, environmental improvement in aquaculture are allowed to circulate in Vietnam (Annex 3).

- The list of aquatic species export with condition(Annex 4).

- List of aquatic breeds permitted to be imported normally (list of aquatic breeds permitted for production and trading) (Annex 5).

- The list of permitted species of aquatic import as food (Annex 6).

- List of aquatic species are export prohibitted (Annex 7).

This Decision takes effect from January 1, 2016
