In accordance with the Decision, in case of HS code conflicts, the Health Ministry shall combine with the Finance Ministry (General Department of Vietnam Customs) and other relevant ministries and sectors to review and decide a proper code.

The Decision is enclosed with the two tables named as List of vaccines and medical biological products imported as demand and List of chemicals, insecticides, disinfectants in household and healthcare imported as needed with HS code.

The Decision comes into effect as of its signing date.
