Decision No. 40/2006/QD-BCN promulgates the list of the chemicals which are prohibited from export and import.

The Decision adds the List of Chemicals Banned from Export and Import, which is issued together with Decision No. 05/2006/QD-BCN dated April 7, 2006 of the Ministry of Industry.

Specifically, the additional chemical is specified as Dodecyl Benzene Sulfonic Axit (abbreviated as DBSA).

Decision No. 40/2006/QD-BCN enters into effect after 15 days from the day on which it is published on the Official Gazette.
