Circular No. 47/2015/TT-BYT provides for the national technical regulation on food processing aids - solvents.

Enclosed with the Circular is QCVN 18-1:2015/BYT - National Technical Regulation on Food Processing Aids - Solvents, which governs specifications, methods of assay, sampling and labeling, and administrative requirements for solvents used as food processing aids.

The regulation applies to organizations and individuals importing, producing and selling solvents in Vietnam; and State management authorities concerned.

This Circular comes into effect from September 1, 2016.
