Based on specific case, the declarant shall additionally submit:
- Detailed list for goods of various kinds or goods packed in heterogeneous forms 01 photocopy;
- Export license (if required) 01 original copy if partial shipments are not permitted, or 01 photocopy enclosed with a monitoring sheet if partial shipments are permitted (the original to be presented for comparison)
- Other relevant documents: 01 photocopy
If the customs authority settling procedures for exportation of the goods is not the one settling procedures for exportation of the goods, the trader shall have a "Registration of Customs Authority to settle the procedures for exportation of products" before submission to register the export declaration

Process Steps
Step 1
|
The trader shall submit a dossier of application for settlement of customs procedure for importation of raw materials for outward processing petrol and oil, and gases.
|
Step 2
|
Within 07 working days from the day on which the valid application is received, the Customs Authority shall: Examine the dossier; check the lists and conditions of imports. Approve the list if it is consistent; if the list is not consistent, request the declarant for amendments and supplements using professional written request
|
Step 3
|
The trader shall register for customs declaration for imports on the import declaration and specify materials consistent with those approved by the customs authority.
|
Step 4
|
The customs authority shall receive and examine the dossier; check the conditions for registration of customs declaration; inspect the goods and decide on customs clearance.

Requirements and conditions in following administrative procedures (if any):

Petrol and oil importers and exporters and petrol and oil producers as stipulated in Decree No. 83/2014/ND-CP;

Gas wholesalers who have permits for export, import, temporary import for re-export, transit, border-gate transfer of gases as stipulated in Decree No. 19/2016/ND-CP and regulations of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Chemical importers and exporters.
