Circular No. 17/2015/TT-BGTVT is to promulgate the new Annex regarding new routes, checkpoints for transport of transit goods through the territory of Vietnam for replacing the earlier Annex issued together with Circular No.15/2014/TT-BGTVT.

This Circular takes effect from July 15, 2015.
