Special preferrential import tariff

The Vietnam’s special preferrential import tariff is enclosed hereto in implementation of the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement during 2016 – 2018 (special preferrential import tariff rates are hereinafter referred to as ATIGA rates).

1. The “Code” and “Description” columns are developed on the basis of the List of Vietnam’s Imported goods and Exported goods and classified as 8-digit codes.

2. The “ATIGA rates (%)” column indicates the tax rates applied in each year from September 01, 2016 to the end of December 31, 2016 and from January 01 to December 31 of the year 2017 and the year 2018.

3. The symbol “*” denotes imported goods ineligible for ATIGA rates at the corresponding time.
