Conditions apply import duty special offers

Goods import tariff applied VN-EAEU FTA must meet the following conditions:

1. Under the preferential import tariff particularly attached to this Decree.

2. Being imported into Vietnam from countries are members of the Free Trade Agreement between the Vietnam and the Asian - Eurasian Economic Union and its members, including the following countries:

a) Republic of Armenie;

b) Republic of Belarus;

c) Republic of Kazakhstan;

d) Republic of Kyrgyzstan;

e) Russian Federation;

f) Other member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (as defined in Article 15.2 of the Agreement);

g) The Socialist Republic of Vietnam (goods from import duty free area on the domestic market).

3. To be shipped directly from the exporting country in accordance with paragraph 2 of this Article in Vietnam, the Ministry of Industry and Trade regulations.

4. Meeting the regulations on the origin of goods in the Free Trade Agreement between the State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Eurasian Economic Union and its members, have certificates of origin (C / O) form EAV prescribed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
