Circular stipulates procedures and record-level production licenses, export processing uniforms for the armed forces overseas.

1. The production, processing and export uniforms for foreign armed forces shall comply with production licenses, export processing uniforms for foreign armed forces of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (later here called License) after obtaining the opinion of the Ministry of Defense or the Ministry of Public security.

2. Is the uniform production and processing for export to foreign armed forces may not be sold in Vietnam.

3. To issue together with this Circular uniform list of products to equip the armed forces abroad (specified in Appendix I). Textiles in this list but not the uniform products to equip the armed forces abroad without obtaining licenses by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

4. Raw materials, auxiliary materials production and export processing uniforms for foreign armed forces under the supervision of the customs authorities of the importing until the uniforms made out of Vietnam. Export processing activities shall comply with current regulations.

This Circular takes effect from 05 Feb, 2016.
