This Decree provides for the management of duty-free shops, including the procedures for goods brought into duty-free shops, duty-free warehouses and customs supervision for duty-free goods. The transport of goods between duty-free shops, between duty-free warehouses and duty-free shops, between duty-free warehouses and aircraft, supervising the payment in and out of enterprises doing duty-free business in the isolated areas, restricted areas, selling duty-free goods, reporting on duty-free goods to the customs authorities.
