This Circular promulgates the List of potentially unsafe products and goods within authority of the Ministry of Transport (hereinafter referred to as the List of Group 2 products and goods), and the HS codes of Group 2 goods and products.
The list of group 2 products and goods is detailed in the Appendices of this Circular, including:
1. Appendix 1: List of Group 2 goods and products with HS codes which shall be certified and announced of conformity.
2. Appendix 2: List of Group 2 goods and products with HS codes which shall be announced of conformity.
The Circular takes effective since 1 February 2017 and replaces Circular No.63/2011/TT-BGTVT dated 22 December 2011 on the List of potentially unsafe products and goods within authority of the Ministry of Transport.
