Circular 40/2017/TT-BQP promulgates the specific list of prohibited import and export goods subject to specialized management by the Ministry of Defense as stipulated in Decree 187/2013/ND-CP.

Appendix 1 is enclosed with this Decision: The specific list of prohibited import and export goods subject to specialized management by the Ministry of Defense as stipulated in Decree 187/2013/ND-CP of the Government.

The Circular shall take effect on April 10, 2017 and replace Decision No. 80/2006/QD-BQP dated May 09, 2006.
