Circular 260/2016/TT-BTC regulates the collecting rates, regimes of collection, remittance, management and use of the charges for appraising contents of imported and exported cultural products.
The Circular is effective from January 01, 2017 and replaces the Decision No. 68/2006/QD-BTC dated December 06, 2006 of the Ministry of Finance on the collecting rates, regimes of collection, remittance, management and use of the charges for appraising contents of imported and exported cultural products.
